本实验对BALB/c小鼠于妊娠第8天腹腔注射25%酒精0.025ml/g,以观察一次性大剂量酒精对胎鼠心肌超微结构的影响,并进行立体学计量分析。与对照组相比,酒精组胎鼠心肌细胞中线粒体的体积密度显著增大(P<0.01),而内膜和崤的面积密度显著减少(P<0.O1)。酒精组肌原纤维的异常包括体积密度减少(P<0.01),肌原纤维结构紊乱,Z线变得宽大而疏松。实验表明,妊娠敏感期一次性接受大剂量酒精可造成胎鼠心肌细胞超微结构的异常。
In this experiment, BALB/c mice were intraperitoneally injected with 25% alcohol 0.025 ml/g on the 8th day of gestation to observe the effect of high-dose single-dose alcohol on fetal rat myocardial ultrastructure and to perform stereological analysis. Compared with the control group, the volume density of mitochondria in the cardiomyocytes of the alcohol group was significantly increased (P<0.01), while the area density of the intima and iliac crest was significantly reduced (P<0. 01). Abnormalities of myofibril in the alcohol group included a decrease in bulk density (P<0.01), disordered myofibrils, and a wide and loose Z-line. Experiments have shown that one-time exposure to large doses of alcohol in the sensitive period of pregnancy can cause ultrastructural abnormalities in the myocardial cells of fetal mice.
