为对机车车辆轴箱定位装置进行系统的力学性能试验,简要分析了一种轴箱定位装置的结构与原理,设计了轴箱定位装置单件加载与系统加载2种试验方案并进行分析比对,重点通过系统加载试验方案来研究轴箱定位装置的刚度和疲劳性能。试验结果表明:试验设计与实际工况一致,系统试验更能准确反映出轴箱定位装置的力学性能,试验数据显示该结构轴箱定位装置纵向刚度呈非线性,横向刚度和垂向刚度呈线性,疲劳性能满足装车要求。
In order to test the mechanical performance of locomotive axle box positioning device systematically, the structure and principle of a axle box positioning device are briefly analyzed, and two kinds of test schemes of axle box locating device loading and system loading are designed and analyzed , Focusing on the systematic loading test program to study the stiffness and fatigue performance of the axle box positioning device.
