武汉长江大桥工程局采用“大型管柱鑽孔法”,短期内在“天堑”长江上建造桥墩成功,使我国桥梁建筑技术飞跃了一大步。这一世界伟大技术新的主要特点是从水上进行水下施工,使建桥工程基本上不受洪水的影响。目前,这一技术能否推广到水利工程中,成为大家非常关心的问题。本文从水工结构的防渗和抗滑的观点出发,就建筑支墩壩的两个主要技术问题(即挡水板下基础清基封底以防止渗漏问题和支墩抗滑问题)作一探讨,并转而就三峡水利枢纽围堰型式问题谈一下自己的看法,希望读者指正。
