应用棉子壳、木屑、甘蔗渣等代料进行黑木耳的栽培,既充分利用了农副产品的下脚料,又缓解了目前耳木林资源的不足。同时,代料栽培,生产周期短,产量一般较段木高,品质也好。因此,黑木耳的代料栽培成了当前食用菌生产中的重要研究课题。而在进行代料栽培时,首要的问题是筛选、培育出能适于各种代料上生长发育良好的菌株。本试验的目的就是试图在较短期内筛选出适于棉子壳代料上生产的高产、优质、抗逆性强的优良菌株。
Application of cotton seed shells, sawdust, bagasse and other substituting materials for the cultivation of black fungus, not only make full use of agricultural waste by-product, but also ease the current lack of ear wood resources. At the same time, substituting cultivation, short production cycle, the yield is generally higher than the segment wood, the quality is good. Therefore, the cultivation of black fungus has become an important research topic in the current edible fungus production. In the process of replanting, the most important issue is to screen and cultivate strains that are suitable for growth and development on all kinds of substitutes. The purpose of this experiment is to try to screen out the superior strains with high yield, good quality and strong resistance which are suitable for the production of cottonseed shell in short term.
