本文通过单孔板简化模型分析确定孔网钢等效弹性模量的计算公式,利用ANSYS有限元软件计算结果,对孔网钢等效弹性模量的计算公式进行回归修正,得到了修正公式。根据复合材料理论,进一步得到孔网钢带聚乙烯复合管的弹性模量修正公式,利用单轴压缩实验和有限元计算对孔网钢带聚乙烯复合管的弹性模量修正公式进行比较验证,结果表明:孔网钢带聚乙烯复合管的弹性模量修正公式计算值与实验结果、有限元数值计算结果吻合较好,其预测精度良好,可以推广应用。
In this paper, the calculation formula of equivalent elastic modulus of perforated steel mesh is determined by the simplified model of single-hole plate. The calculation formula of the equivalent elastic modulus of perforated steel mesh is regressed by using the calculation results of ANSYS finite element software, and the correction formula is obtained. According to the theory of composite material, the moduli of elastic modulus of the polyethylene pipe with the expanded metal strip is further obtained. The formula of the elastic modulus of the polyethylene pipe with the expanded metal strip is verified by the uniaxial compression test and the finite element method. The results show that the calculated values of modulus of elasticity moduli of the polyethylene pipe with hole mesh are in good agreement with the experimental and finite element numerical results. The prediction accuracy is good and can be widely applied.
