本文方法研究了半径为50~1000微米大孔的测定。根据Washburn原理,在绝对压力为1.3×10~4帕到200百万帕时,可以测定57微米到37.5埃的孔径,但测定57微米以上的大孔较难。本试验改进了意CARLO ERBA公司225型压汞仪的样品管,使测定的初始静压力降至6.6×10~2帕。在6.6×10~2到1.3×10~4帕压力下进行动态微变压力测量,测定50~1000微米的大孔。50~1000微米的大孔测定对于研究强氧化放热反应的催化剂及载体有重要意义。
The method of this paper is to study the determination of macropores with radius of 50-1000 μm. According to the Washburn principle, pore sizes from 57 microns to 37.5 angstroms can be measured at 1.3 x 10-4 Pa to 200 million pascal pressure, but measuring macropores larger than 57 microns is more difficult. In this test, a sample tube from CARLO ERBA Company Type 225 mercury porosimeter was modified to reduce the initial static pressure to 6.6 × 10 -2 Pa. Dynamic micro-pressure measurements were performed at a pressure of 6.6 × 10 -2 to 1.3 × 10 -4 Pa, and macropores of 50-1000 μm were measured. The macropore size of 50-1000 μm is of great significance for the study of catalysts and supports for the exothermic reaction of strong oxidation.
