由于受到特殊气候和地形地质条件的影响,尤其是近年来极端天气事件的增多,使得山洪灾害的发生愈加频繁,造成了严重的损失,引起了政府和社会各界的广泛关注,因而有必要加强对山洪灾害的预警预报监测,提高对山洪灾害的防御能力。以越南林同省多怀县为例,利用FFPI方法对该区域的山洪潜力指数进行了计算,在此基础上完成了该区域的洪水风险评估和分析,并给出了山洪风险专题图。 Due to the influence of special climate and terrain and geology, especially the increase of extreme weather events in recent years, the occurrence of mountain torrent disasters has become more and more frequent, resulting in serious losses and causing widespread concern from the government and various sectors of society. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the Pre-warning and monitoring of mountain torrent disasters and improving their defensive capability against flash floods. Taking Daohuai County in the same province of Vietnam as an example, the flood potential index in this area was calculated by FFPI method. Based on this, the flood risk assessment and analysis of the area was completed and the flood risk map was given.
