试验研究了转炉炉尘生产转炉复合造渣剂的可能性。结果表明在氧分压为 0 .2 1atm下进行复合造渣剂的氧化焙烧 ,合适的焙烧温度低于 12 0 0℃。焙烧后的复合造渣剂料球能够保证转炉生产的成分和强度要求。分析了利用转炉炉尘生产高炉洗炉原料的可能性。
Experimental study of the converter furnace dust production converter slagging agent possibilities. The results show that the oxygen partial pressure of 0.21atm composite slagging agent oxidation roasting, the appropriate calcination temperature is lower than 1200 ℃. The roasting composite slagging agent ball can guarantee the composition and strength requirement of converter production. The possibility of using blast furnace dust to produce blast furnace raw materials was analyzed.
