本文对葡萄属中原产我国17个种,48个株系的扦插生根特性进行了初步的研究。结果表明,在没有生长素处理的条件下这些种的扦插生根率极低(平均为1。82%)。用100ppm 萘乙酸(NAA)处理能够大大提高生根率(平均为25.88%),但各个种提高的程度不同.不同生长素处理对生根的作用差异很大。所用萘乙酸的3个浓度(100、150、1000ppm)都能显著提高生根率,其中尤以150ppm 效果最好。而吲哚乙酸(IAA)对野生葡萄的生根几平没有什么作用。
In this paper, we initially studied the rooting characteristics of cuttings of 17 species and 48 strains of native grape in China. The results showed that rooting rates of these species were extremely low (averaging 1.82%) in the absence of auxin treatment. The treatment with 100ppm naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) can greatly improve the rooting rate (25.88% on average), but the degree of improvement is different for each species.The effects of different auxin treatments on rooting vary greatly. The three concentrations of naphthalene acetic acid used (100,150,1000ppm) can significantly improve the rooting rate, of which 150ppm is the best. However, indole acetic acid (IAA) had no effect on the rooting of wild grapes.
