煤矿采掘工作面掘进进尺控制、人员定位、机车防撞击都需要精确测距。目前激光测距技术应用很成熟,精度也非常高,但是在煤矿大粉尘及巷道弯曲等复杂环境中实用性不大。为了更方便地精确测距,根据煤矿实际设计并制作了基于nanoPAN5375的本安型矿用无线测距系统。系统由监控分站、测距基站、测距标签及配套电源组成,测距由主机和从机完成,主机将测距结果就地显示,同时以4-20mA信号传送给监控分站供监控系统使用。测距算法采用标定晶振频率漂移系数后的SDS-TWR。测试表明,系统测距平均误差0.39m,能够满足煤矿多数场合的应用。

At present, the application of laser ranging technology is very mature and the accuracy is also very high. However, it is not very practical in complex environments such as coal dust and roadway bending. In order to more accurate distance measurement, according to the actual mine design and production based on nanoPAN5375 intrinsically safe mining wireless ranging system. The system is composed of monitoring sub-station, ranging base station, ranging label and supporting power supply. The ranging is completed by the master and the slave. The host displays the ranging result on-site, and transmits the 4-20mA signal to the monitoring substation for the monitoring system use. Ranging algorithms use the SDS-TWR after scaling the crystal frequency drift coefficient. Tests show that the average error of the system ranging 0.39m, to meet the application of most occasions in coal mines.
