目的寻找雷公藤和附子心脏毒性的新的生物标志物。方法给大鼠雷公藤和附子,检测血浆中的心肌肌钙蛋白-I和颗粒酶B及其他一些生化指标。结果血浆中心肌肌钙蛋白I只能反映心肌有严重损伤的雄性大鼠的心脏毒性,但难反映出心脏毒性程度较低的雌性大鼠的毒性状况。结论寻找有毒中药心脏毒性的新的生物标志物将有益于早期的临床监测和评价。
Objective To search for new biomarkers of cardiotoxicity of Tripterygium wilfordii and Aconite. Methods Tripterygium wilfordii and aconite were used to detect cardiac troponin-I and granzyme B in plasma and other biochemical indexes. Results Plasma cardiac troponin I only reflected the cardiotoxicity of male rats with severe myocardial injury, but it was difficult to reflect the toxicity of female rats with low cardiotoxicity. Conclusion Finding new biomarkers of cardiotoxicity of toxic Chinese medicine will be beneficial for early clinical monitoring and evaluation.
