深水套筒式连接器作为水下生产系统的关键组成部分,长期受到多种载荷的作用,对于优化设计后的深水连接器,其承载能力的评估结果及评估方法对其安装和服役的安全性有着不可忽略的指导意义。通过对连接器进行三维建模,以连接器材料的力学特性和服役环境为设计基础,提出了其下放安装和在况服役时承载能力的评估方法。以南海荔湾某气田深水套筒式连接器为例,计算了连接器安装下放状态和在位时不同工况下的应力,得到了连接器最大碰撞速度、轴向拉力、轴向压力及最大弯矩,同时指出了不同状态下连接器上的危险部件。所得结论为连接器的水下安装和可靠性评估提供了依据。
