中国已在广西钦州建设第一套从印度尼西亚进口的油页岩生产燃料的商业化装置,将采用新的工艺,该工艺由中国化学经济合作中心(CCECC)和总部设在美国亚历桑那州Chandler的AuraSource公司开发,与两家香港合作伙伴组建的合资企业正在建设该装置。该装置将于2011年底投产,将使1.00Mt/a油页岩转化成三种产品:合成原油(C_5～C_(25)油),由当地炼油厂再改质为0.25Mt/a汽油和柴油燃料;0.12Mt/a干气(90%以上甲烷)和600t/a的“半焦炭”。
China has set up the first commercial unit for producing fuel from oil shale imported from Indonesia in Qinzhou, Guangxi, and will adopt a new process that will be implemented by China National Chemical and Economic Cooperation Center (CCECC) and its headquarters in Chandler, Ariz. Developed by AuraSource, a joint venture with two Hong Kong partners is under construction. The plant, which will be commissioned by the end of 2011, will convert 1.00Mt / a of oil shale into three products: synthetic crude (C_5-C_ (25) oil), rebuilt from a local refinery to 0.25Mt / a gasoline and diesel Fuel; 0.12 Mt / a dry gas (above 90% methane) and 600 t / a “semi coke”.
