采用粉末冶金法制备3种不同基体粒径的SiC_p/6061Al基复合材料,研究基体粒径对复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着基体粒径的增大,增强体颗粒分布越来越不均匀,团聚现象明显,复合材料的致密度和抗拉强度均降低。
Three kinds of SiCp / 6061Al matrix composites with different grain sizes were prepared by powder metallurgy method to study the effect of matrix size on the microstructure and properties of the composites. The results show that with the increase of the particle size, the distribution of reinforcing particles is more and more uneven and the agglomeration phenomenon is obvious. The densification and tensile strength of the composites decrease.
