涡轮叶片冷却结构设计的方案设计以管网计算为基础。本文简要介绍了管网模型的建立方法、近似和假设、边界条件的给定方式和控制方程的建立。说明了管网求解程序的思路与数值方法,介绍了管网压力平衡计算中对动量方程的线性化处理方法、气膜修正计算方法。以某型燃气涡轮第一级动叶的冷却结构设计为例,介绍了基于管网计算的冷却结构方案设计流程,对4个冷却结构初步设计方案的管网计算结果进行了分析,从中选择相对合理的方案并进行改进、确定了2个备选的叶片冷却结构。
The design of turbine blade cooling structure design based on pipe network calculation. This article briefly introduces the establishment of pipe network model, approximation and assumptions, the boundary conditions of a given way and the establishment of control equations.
