用灰黄霉素治疗头癣(白癣、黄癣、黑癣)在目前是较理想的一种药物,但一般疗程长(8～12周),用量大。作者等经几年的摸索,初步提出了一个短程治疗方案(二周疗法和十日疗法),经455例头癣病人的治疗结果来看,除157例失去连系,20例因中途停药及16例未治愈外,其余均痊愈。(一)服药方法:按体重每公斤每日20毫克(粗粒)或微粒10毫克计算,连服14天,结合局部治疗,直至痊愈为止。十日疗法,即将服药期缩为10天。据作者经验治疗黄癣可用十日疗法,治疗白癣和黑癣可用两周疗法。(二)局部治疗:每天擦5%硫黄油膏二次及洗头一次,直至痊愈为止。在治疗开始后第15与22天,剃发二次。
