目的对国家标准检验方法中生活饮用水的硫酸盐测定方法进行简化。方法改用酸性铬酸钡代替铬酸钡,用超声代替加热煮沸,对国标法进行改进,进行精密度及准确度试验,与国家标准方法的测定结果进行比较。结果方法的测定范围为5~250mg/L,回收率为99.0%~102.7%,CV%为0.94%~5.2%,与国标法测定结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声-酸性铬酸钡分光光度法测定生活饮用水中硫酸盐含量,准确、快速、便捷、实用。
Objective To simplify the determination of sulfate in drinking water in national standard test methods. The method uses acidic barium barium instead of barium chromate, ultrasonic instead of heating and boiling, to improve the national standard method, precision and accuracy test, and the results of the national standard method were compared. Results The determination range of the method was 5 ~ 250mg / L, the recovery was 99.0% ~ 102.7% and the CV% was 0.94% ~ 5.2%. There was no significant difference between the method and the national standard method (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic - acid barium sulfate spectrophotometric determination of sulfate in drinking water, accurate, fast, convenient and practical.
