危机公关对于国家、企业、个人等都具有重要的作用。在社会现实问题中,解决危机事件时错误的使用公关的情况偶有发生。不可避免出现的一些危机事件,往往会危及组织的形象,利益关系甚至生存。随着网络的不断发展,信息传播方式的多样,公共突发事件的出现,危机公关中存在的问题愈发地被凸显。准确理解危机公关的涵义,深刻认识危机公关的重要作用,正确把握危机公关的途径方法和原则,具有重要的实践和理论意义。
Crisis PR for the country, businesses, individuals and so has an important role. In the social realities, the occasional wrong use of public relations in resolving crises has happened occasionally. Some crisis events that inevitably occur often endanger the organization’s image, interests and even survival. With the continuous development of the Internet, diversified modes of information dissemination, the emergence of public emergencies, the problems in crisis public relations are increasingly highlighted.
