目的 :探讨全氟化碳液前房内残留的临床表现、预后及引起角膜损害的原因。方法 :分析 7例行全氟化碳液辅助的玻璃体视网膜手术后前房内全氟化碳液残留的病例 ,其中裂孔性视网膜脱离 5眼 ,外伤性视网膜脱离 2眼。结果 :全部 7眼中 3眼出现了角膜水肿 ,经取出后角膜全部恢复透明 ,其中 1眼远期有角膜深层新生血管形成 ,4眼角膜及前房无异常反应。结论 :全氟化碳液残留于前房易引起角膜毒害 ,术后应及时取出 ,防止引起更严重的并发症 Objective: To investigate the clinical manifestations, prognosis and the causes of corneal damage in residual atrial fluid before perfluorocarbon solution. Methods: Seven cases of residual perfluorocarbon solution in anterior chamber after vitreoretinal surgery assisted with perfluorocarbon liquid were analyzed. Among them, there were 5 cases of retinal detachment and 2 cases of traumatic retinal detachment. Results: Corneal edema occurred in 3 eyes of all 7 eyes. All the corneas were recovered after being removed. Among them, 1 corneal deep neovascularization was formed in one eye and 4 corneas and anterior chamber were abnormal. Conclusion: Perfluorocarbon liquid residue in the anterior chamber can cause corneal toxicity and should be promptly removed after operation to prevent causing more serious complications
