目的探讨0~6岁智力低下儿童环境刺激和行为训练治疗效果。方法对60例0~6岁智力低下儿童进行环境刺激和行为训练,用统计学方法对疗效分年龄段、分病因进行研究分析。结果 60例智力低下儿童(包括轻、中、重度)环境刺激和行为训练后效果显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同病因治疗后效果表明:不同病因智力低下患儿治疗后IQ均值比治疗前均有所提高,其中早产、缺氧性脑损伤、神经系统感染综合治疗前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。不同年龄段治疗后效果表明:0~1岁组治疗后IQ均值增幅最高,增加了21.67分;5~6岁组最低,增加了7.67分。各年龄组综合治疗前后均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。综合疗效随着年龄增高而有递减趋势。结论对于智力低下儿童应早期、关键年龄段积极地进行良好的环境刺激及行为训练,并配合药物、营养等综合干预,家长和医生的全面配合,以助于智力低下儿童的智力水平的提高,尤其是可以促使智力低下患儿智能发育加速,对轻、中、重度智力低下患儿均有显著疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of environmental stimulation and behavioral training on children with mental retardation between 0 ~ 6 years old. Methods Sixty children aged 0-6 years with mental retardation were enrolled in this study. Environmental stimulation and behavioral training were performed. Statistical analysis was performed on the age, sub-etiological factor of the effect. Results The results of 60 children with mental retardation (including mild, moderate and severe) environmental stimuli and behavioral training were significantly different (all P <0.01). The results of different etiopathogenisis showed that the IQ mean of children with different etiology and mental retardation was higher than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant before and after the comprehensive treatment of premature labor, hypoxic brain injury and nervous system infection (P <0.05 Or P <0.01). After treatment, the effect of different age groups showed that the mean increase of IQ in 0-1 year-old group was the highest, an increase of 21.67 points; the lowest in 5-6 year-old group, an increase of 7.67 points. Before and after the comprehensive treatment in all age groups were statistically significant (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The overall efficacy decreases with age. Conclusions For children with mental retardation, good environmental stimuli and behavioral training should be actively conducted in early and critical age groups. Combined with comprehensive interventions such as drugs and nutrition, comprehensive cooperation between parents and doctors, the mental retardation of children with mental retardation should be improved. In particular, it can promote mental retardation in children with accelerated mental development, mild, moderate and severe mental retardation in children have a significant effect.
