目的评价学校营养午餐综合干预模式对学生家庭的影响效果。方法采取整群抽样的方法,选取位于唐山市丰南区的3所公立小学六年级的学生,并将研究对象随机分为3组,其中综合干预组提供学校营养午餐进行综合干预;营养餐组提供营养午餐但不进行综合干预;单纯对照组不提供营养午餐也不进行综合干预。一年后统计分析学生的认知、行为、体重指数(BMI)改变情况,评价实施效果。结果综合干预组干预后学生在午餐重要性(χ~2=0.25,P>0.05)、(χ~2=2.00,P>0.05),对营养知识兴趣(χ~2=2.26,P>0.05)、(χ~2=0.04,P>0.05),按时吃午餐(χ~2=0.08,P>0.05)、(χ~2=0.03,P>0.05)等方面与其他两组差异无统计学意义;综合干预组干预后在完全正确的认知膳食金字塔(χ~2=119.8,P<0.05)、(χ~2=143.18,P<0.05),挑食偏食习惯(χ~2=619.95,P<0.05)、(χ~2=692.22,P<0.05),偏瘦人数减少(χ~2=28.849,P<0.05)、(χ~2=36.297,P<0.05)等方面与其他两组差异有统计学意义。结论对学生营养午餐实行综合干预能较好地改善学生家庭的营养认知和行为,提高身体素质,具有可推广性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of school nutrition lunch comprehensive intervention on students’ families. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select the sixth grade students of three public elementary schools in Fengnan District of Tangshan City. The subjects were randomly divided into three groups, of which the comprehensive intervention group provided the school lunch for comprehensive intervention, and the nutritious meal group Provide nutritious lunch without comprehensive intervention; simple control group does not provide nutritious lunch nor comprehensive intervention. One year later, the students’ cognition, behavior and body mass index (BMI) were analyzed statistically to evaluate the effect of implementation. Results After intervention, the importance of lunch (χ ~ 2 = 0.25, P> 0.05), (χ ~ 2 = 2.00, P> 0.05) (Χ ~ 2 = 0.04, P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups on the time of eating lunch (χ ~ 2 = 0.08, P> 0.05) (Χ ~ 2 = 119.18, P <0.05), (χ ~ 2 = 143.18, P <0.05) in the comprehensive intervention group after intervention in the completely correct cognitive dietary pyramid (χ ~ 2 = 619.95, P < (Χ ~ 2 = 36.297, P <0.05), (χ ~ 2 = 692.22, P <0.05), the number of lean people decreased (χ ~ 2 = 28.849, P <0.05) Statistical significance. Conclusions The comprehensive intervention on student nutrition lunch can improve the nutrition cognition and behavior of students’ family well, improve the physical quality and have the promotion.
