1980年我市曾对乙肝免疫人群分布作过调查。为了解我市儿童青少年乙肝的免疫动态,我们于1990年4～5月份对市区二所中学、三所小学、二所幼儿园的学生进行了HBsAg携带情况调查。乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)采用反相间接血凝法(诊断血清由卫生部北京生物制品研究所生产);其它五项指标均采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测,用目测法判断结果。试剂盒由中国人民解放
In 1980, the city had investigated the distribution of hepatitis B immunization population. To understand the city of children and adolescents hepatitis B immune dynamics, in April and May 1990, we conducted a survey of HBsAg carriers among two middle schools, three primary schools and two kindergartens in urban areas. Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) using reverse phase hemagglutination (diagnostic serum produced by the Beijing Institute of Biological Products Ministry of Health); the other five indicators are detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, visual judgment of the results.
