过去测定肥皂中的脂肪酸一般采用重量法。该法基于肥皂中脂肪酸以脂肪酸钠存在,在有盐酸存在下,便成脂肪酸状态游离出来,然后用有机溶剂提取或蒸发法测得脂肪酸的重量达到测定的目的。方法粗糙,周期长,难于满足生产的需要。鉴于此,我们对EDTA 容量法间接测定脂肪酸进行了试验。根据文献〔2〕测定硬脂肪酸镁或钙的原理,采用加入氯化镁的方法,使镁与脂肪酸钠生成硬脂肪酸镁沉淀,用EDTA 滴定过量的镁,可达到间接测定脂肪酸的目的。经试验证明,本法重
