所谓中职教育,归根到底就是就业教育。如何提高中职学生就业能力事关学校发展、企业发展、学生个人发展之大计,也是中职教育的终极目标。因此,中职学生岗位能力的培养,是中职学校必须解决的根本问题。所谓岗位能力,就是指中职学生一个人具备某个就业岗位应有的职业道德,规范地执行操作规程,高质量完成工作任务,达成工作目标的基本能力,主要包括思想品德、职业道德、心理素质、文化科学知识、专业技能水平、就业创业能力、创新能力等。我校实行“四制”考核制:即对思想品德、职业道德、心理素质、行为习惯实行考核合格制;对基础课、公共课、专业理论课实行单科结业制;对专业技能实行职业技能等级达标制;对选修专业实行加分制。经过几年的研究实践表明,培养学生岗位能力是立校之基,是学生的就业之本,是企业的发展之需。笔者就中职学生岗位能力的培养途径及策略谈谈体会。

After several years of research and practice shows that the ability to train students is the foundation of the school, is the student’s employment, is the development of enterprises.
