分析了采煤机截割部弹性扭矩轴特性与主要参数的关系,并结合具体扭矩轴的设计参数进行了实例的类比分析,给出了以扭转静强度设计为主、扭转疲劳强度校核为辅的功能设计方法。引入设计参变量,形成系列设计方案和方案的优选,提供的设计方法简明、适用,对弹性扭矩轴的规范设计具有一定的参考价值。
