为探讨和平时期部队意外死亡的原因和规律,采取有效措施,降低意外伤亡的死亡率,提高部队的战斗力,我们对某部1981～1989年发生的24名意外死亡情况进行了调查,现报告如下:
In order to explore the causes and laws of unforeseen deaths in peacetime and to take effective measures to reduce the accidental death rate and increase the combat effectiveness of the armed forces, we investigated the accidental death of 24 persons from 1981 to 1989 and are reported as follows :
