近来,关于供洗煤厂产品质量在线测量专用装置的研制,使正向传送和反向传送的控制系统的设计成为可能。关于煤灰分测定,已试验过很可靠的放射性测量装置,并已出售。探头装在传送带中心部位的第一代装置只能测定部分物料,而RGI开发了使用多通道的新一代装置。所采用的检测器可达7个,沿传送带横向放置。第一套仪器1990年安装在配煤站。该煤站传送带上的煤极不均匀。试验结果表明,5通道仪器的准确度比只具一中心部位的单通道仪器明显增高。与这种仪器相结合,RGI还开发了以微波衰减为基础的多通道水分测定器。多通道测量技术的一个特点是:可由无需增加任何软件的高能源测量通道便可获得极可靠的皮带秤功能。借助多通道灰分和水分测定器的这种组合,不但最终产品的、而且原煤的最重要质量参数都可快速而准确地获得。
Recently, the development of a dedicated device for on-line measurement of product quality in coal preparation plants has enabled the design of forward and reverse transmission control systems. With regard to the determination of coal ash content, very reliable radioactivity measuring devices have been tested and sold. The first-generation devices with probes mounted on the center of the conveyor belt can measure only part of the material, and RGI has developed a new generation of devices using multiple channels. Up to 7 detectors can be used, placed laterally along the conveyor belt. The first set of instruments was installed at a coal blending station in 1990. The coal on the coal conveyor belt is extremely uneven. The test results show that the accuracy of the 5-channel instrument is significantly higher than that of a single-channel instrument with only a central part. In conjunction with this instrument, RGI also developed a multichannel moisture analyzer based on microwave attenuation. A feature of the multi-channel measurement technology is that highly reliable belt scale functions can be obtained from high-energy measurement channels without any additional software. With this combination of multi-channel ash and moisture analyzers, not only the final product but also the most important quality parameters of the raw coal can be obtained quickly and accurately.
