作为具有56年历史的国家级大院,中国建筑设计研究院在这场汶川大地震中充分发挥综合技术优势,全力投入抗震救灾工作:在极短时间内确定出第一批共九项用于农村民居的应急技术及实用产品,《四川地区地震灾后重建实用技术手册》,《藏羌传统民居灾后拯救关键技术研究》,《地震灾区过渡安置房建设技术导则》(试行),四川地震灾区过渡安置点供水方案等。他们在一天时间内组织院内专家编制出指导灾区建设的规范,创下了中国规范编制历史上的时间最快先例。同时参加多个部委组织的专家组赶赴灾区,调查灾情、帮助研究落实解决灾民近期的住房问题、指导灾区的城镇规划建设工作,为抗震救灾和灾后重建工作提供了强有力的技术支撑。 As a 56-year-old state-owned compound, China Academy of Building Design gave full play to its comprehensive technological superiority in this Wenchuan earthquake and devoted itself to earthquake relief work. In a day’s time, they organized experts in the hospital to compile norms that guide the construction of disaster-stricken areas and set the fastest precedent in the history of China’s norm-making. At the same time, experts from various ministries and commissions took part in the disaster area to investigate the disaster, help research to solve the recent housing problems of victims and guide urban planning and construction in the disaster-stricken areas, providing strong technical support for earthquake relief and post-disaster reconstruction.
