在小水电站过去普遍用电压感应法来确定励磁机电刷的中性线位置,这在理论上是正确的。但用这种方法确定励磁机电刷的中性线位置是在机组静态情况下进行的,当励磁机运行时,其气隙中的磁力线也会沿旋转方向移动一定的位置。因此,会使静态情况下确定的电刷中性线位置产生一定的误差,特别是对高转速的机组这种误差更大。为了克服上述方法的不足,笔者在实践中采用了另一种确定电刷中性线位置
In the past, it was theoretically correct to determine the neutral position of the exciter brush by voltage induction in small hydropower plants. However, in this method, the neutral position of the exciter brush is determined under static conditions of the generator unit. When the exciter is in operation, the magnetic flux in the air gap also moves a certain distance along the rotation direction. Therefore, it will make the determination of the static position of the brush neutral position have some error, especially for high speed unit error greater.
