赫谢尔——巴尔克莱(Herschel—Bulkley)流变模式是一种带静切应力的三参数流变模式,它能表示出常用的牛顿、宾汉、指数流变模式的特性。这种模式用于泥浆及水泥浆,具有适应范围广、准确性高的特点。 本文从该流变模式的基本形式出发,对模式中的流变参数以及与钻井液、水泥浆相关的剪切稀释、携带岩屑等性能进行了讨论,并提出了计算这些流变参数的合理方法。文中还对该模式所反映在各流道中的水力参数作了合理的和近似的简化,得出了较为精确的压降、剪切速率及雷诺数表达式。
The Herschel-Bulkley rheological model is a three-parameter rheological model with static stress that shows the properties of commonly used Newtonian, Bingham, exponential rheological models. This mode is used for mud and grout, with a wide range of adaptation, high accuracy. Based on the basic form of this rheological model, the rheological parameters in the model, the shear thinning associated with drilling fluid and cement slurry, and the entrainment of cuttings are discussed in this paper. The reasonable calculation of these rheological parameters method. The paper also makes a reasonable and approximate simplification of the hydraulic parameters reflected in the flow channel by this model, and obtains the more accurate pressure drop, shear rate and Reynolds number expression.
