目的探讨高频通气在小儿气管异物取除术中的使用效果 ,观察术中呼吸循环等生命体征变化 ,为麻醉处理提供可靠依据。方法术中采用静脉全麻下应用高频喷射呼吸机 ,根据呼吸困难的程度调节气流 ,保证有效氧供。结果全麻下应用高频通气进行小儿气管异物取除术 ,取得良好的效果 ,既保证足够的气体交换量 ,又便于观察术中患儿病情变化 ,能提供清晰的视野 ,便于术中取除异物。结论高频通气应用于小儿气管异物取除术安全有效 ,成功率高 ,并发症少
Objective To investigate the effect of high frequency ventilation on the removal of pediatric tracheal foreign bodies and to observe the changes of vital signs such as respiration circulation during operation so as to provide a reliable basis for anesthesia treatment. Methods Intravenous general anesthesia using high-frequency jet ventilator, according to the degree of dyspnea regulation of airflow, to ensure effective oxygen supply. Results Under general anesthesia, high frequency ventilation was used to remove the tracheal foreign bodies in children and achieved good results. It not only ensured adequate gas exchange capacity but also facilitated the observation of intraoperative changes in children with clear visual field for intraoperative removal foreign body. Conclusion High frequency ventilation is safe and effective in the treatment of pediatric tracheal foreign body removal with high success rate and few complications
