前言双连齿轮是红旗轿车上的一个重要传动件。为了减轻重量,齿轮由整体式改为组合式,由齿圈和齿体两部份组成。齿圈经过氰化处理,它的外齿是直齿,内齿是斜齿;圆形齿体嵌入齿圈的一端,用焊接连接。由于焊接是齿轮加工的最后一道工序,因此对齿轮的焊接变形量和焊缝质量都提出了严格要求。齿轮原采用点焊连接,点焊的齿轮存在着强度不高、点焊处应力集中等问题,经装车运转后,多数齿轮从焊点处开裂。
Preface Double-link gear is an important transmission on the Red Flag sedan. In order to reduce the weight, the gear changed from integral to combined, composed of ring gear and tooth body. The ring gear is cyanidated, its external teeth are straight teeth, the internal teeth are helical teeth; the circular teeth body is embedded in one end of the ring gear and is connected by welding. As the welding is the last process of gear processing, so the welding gear deformation and weld quality have put forward strict requirements. The original gear using spot welding connection, there is spot welding gear strength is not high, spot welding stress concentration and other issues, the loading operation, the majority of gear cracking from the solder joints.
