本研究观察了亚致死剂量蒙五一五(methoprene)处理大劣按蚊Ⅳ龄幼虫对成蚊性比、翅长、生存、吸血、产卵及孵化的影响。 蒙五一五对大劣按蚊A和B种Ⅳ龄幼虫的LC_(50)分别为0.21和0.17ng/ml。如用0.01和0.1ng/ml两种浓度的蒙五一五分别处理两种蚊的Ⅳ龄幼虫,对成蚊的翅长没有影响;但以0.1ng/ml处理,可改变A种蚊的性比,存活蚊中雄蚊比例增加(P<0.01)。
In this study, the effect of sub-lethal dose methoprene on the adult mosquito ratio, wing length, survival, blood-sucking, oviposition and hatching were investigated. The LC_ (50) values of Mongolian five-one pairs of fourth instar larvae of Anopheles dirus A and B were 0.21 and 0.17 ng / ml, respectively.
