The levels of CCA, CA19-9, and IAP in 86 patients with colorectal cancer were determined by ELISA and immunodiffusion to determine the diagnostic value. The results showed that the sensitivity of the three markers in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer was 44%, 55%, and 72%, respectively, and the specificity was 92%, 78%, and 67%, respectively. Through joint detection: When one of the three positives was used as the diagnostic basis, the sensitivity and specificity were 81% and 88% respectively. When the three were positive, the sensitivity and specificity were 31% and 100%, respectively. The specificity of CCA is high, and the sensitivity of CA19-9 and IAP is high. Combined detection is helpful for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
