同志们 :我们这次全国植物检疫工作会议是在我国即将加入世界贸易组织 (ＷＴＯ)的背景下召开的。目的是研究如何适应中国加入ＷＴＯ的新形势 ,加强农业植物检疫的意见和措施。下面我结合植物检疫工作的实际讲四个方面的问题。1 认识功能 ,明确地位目前植物检疫工作面临的形势
Comrades: Our national conference on phytosanitary work was held in the context of our forthcoming accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO). The purpose is to study how to adapt to the new situation of China’s accession to the WTO and strengthen the opinions and measures on agricultural phytosanitary.
