以薏苡茎为研究对象,采用乙醇超声回流提取,用不同极性物质萃取有效成分,比较薏苡茎提取物不同极性段物质的抗氧化活性。将薏苡茎提取物分为5种不同极性的极性段物质:石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水。从总还原能力、清除ABTS+自由基和清除OH-自由基能力抗氧化等方面,研究各极性段物质的抗氧化活性。薏苡茎醇提取物的乙酸乙酯段物质表现出最强的抗氧化活性,为进一步开发、利用薏苡茎中的抗氧化活性物质提供了有利的科学依据。
The coix stem was taken as the research object, the ethanol was extracted by ultrasonic reflux, the active ingredients were extracted with different polar substances, and the anti-oxidant activities of different polar fractions of Coix stem extract were compared. Will Coix stem extract is divided into five different polar polarity of the material: petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, water. From the total reduction ability, ABTS radical scavenging and OH-radical scavenging ability of anti-oxidation, the study of the antioxidant activity of the various polar substances. The ethyl acetate fraction of Coix nut propane extract showed the strongest antioxidant activity, which provided a scientific basis for further development and utilization of anti-oxidative active substances in Coix stem.
