通过碳纤维布与木材黏结界面的单剪试验,给出了碳纤维布应变发展及分布规律,讨论了黏结长度、黏结宽度和碳纤维布厚度等试验参数对黏结性能的影响,构建了相应的黏结滑移本构模型,并引入黏结宽度比系数给出了单层碳纤维布与木材顺纹界面黏结应力峰值的计算公式。基于单剪试验的非线性有限元分析结果具有一定的精度。
Through the single-shear test of carbon fiber cloth and wood bonding interface, the development and distribution of strain of carbon fiber cloth are given. The influence of the test parameters such as bond length, bond width and carbon fiber cloth thickness on the bond properties is discussed, and the corresponding bond slip Constitutive model and the coefficient of bond width ratio are introduced to give the formulas for calculating the bond stress peak value between the single layer carbon fiber cloth and the wood grain along the grain boundary. The results of nonlinear finite element analysis based on single shear test have some accuracy.
