在非公有制经济迅速发展的今天,我国的中小型国有企业由于其自身存在的由传统体制所带给它的种种弊端,正面临着一系列的挑战。笔者试图从经济社会学的视角,依据个案研究,对我国中小国有企业目前普遍存在的问题进行剖析。笔者认为,计划经济时代国有企业的运营机制及模式和特定年代的社会特质留给企业的记忆在社会时空的跨越中逐渐沉淀为企业的一种“惯习”和亚文化,对市场经济体制下运营的中、小国有企业产生着根深蒂固的制约和影响作用。表现为企业行动者的非理性行为、企业变革的异化和企业“非正常人情关系网”的延伸及其对企业运营、变革的渗透和干扰。本文拟运用社会学的相关理论对企业行动者非理性行为和企业亚文化的根源及其对企业的负面影响进行分析。
Today, with the rapid development of non-public ownership economy, our country’s small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises are facing a series of challenges due to their own drawbacks brought by the traditional system. The author attempts to analyze the current ubiquitous problems of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in our country from the socio-economic perspective and case-based studies. The author believes that the operating mechanism and mode of state-owned enterprises in the era of planned economy and the social characteristics of a particular era leave the memory of enterprises in the social space and time gradually precipitated as a “habit of” and subculture, the market economy Institutional operation of small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises have a deep-rooted constraints and influence. It is manifested as the irrational behavior of business actors, the alienation of business transformation and the extension of business “abnormal human relations network ” and its infiltration and interference with business operations and transformation. This article intends to use the relevant theories of sociology to analyze the causes of non-rational behavior of corporate actors and corporate subculture and its negative impact on the enterprise.
