目的观察并分析在小儿肺炎治疗中应用脉冲微波佐治的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年1月至9月接收并治疗的150例肺炎患儿作为本次研究对象,并将患儿平均分为2组,分别作为本次研究的观察组和对照组。对照组患儿均依据病原学的全面检查结果分别选择不同治疗作用的抗感染药物进行治疗,在此基础上应用常规对症药物治疗。观察组患儿在此常规治疗基础上应用脉冲微波进行治疗,对比2组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为98.67%,对照组患儿的治疗总有效率为89.33%;观察组患儿湿落啰音平均消失时间以及平均住院时间明显短于同期对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论在小儿肺炎的治疗中通过应用脉冲微波,能够提高治疗有效率,同时缩短治疗起效时间和患儿住院时间等,脉冲微波治疗方式适合作为小儿肺炎的优选治疗方式加以推广应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of pulsed microwave georgia in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia. Methods A total of 150 children with pneumonia received and treated in our hospital from January to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The children were equally divided into two groups as the observation group and the control group respectively. Children in the control group were selected based on the results of a comprehensive examination of the etiology of different therapeutic effects of anti-infective drugs for treatment, based on the use of conventional symptomatic drug treatment. The observation group was treated with pulse microwave on the basis of routine treatment, and the clinical treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 98.67% in the observation group and 89.33% in the control group. The mean disappearance time of wet rales and the average length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of pulse microwave in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia can improve the treatment efficiency, shorten the onset time of treatment and the hospitalization time of children, and so on. The pulse microwave therapy is suitable for the popularization and application of the treatment of pneumonia in children.
