笔者有幸作为高效课堂的评委,听了很多教师的示范课,从中受益匪浅。很多教师为了追求新课改下学生自主学习知识的教学模式,都采用了小组合作探究的形式,但是从反馈的情况来看,效果并不理想。究其原因是因为很多教师在这一环节上都走入了误区,下面谈一下自己的粗略认识:误区一:认为只要人人都合作起来,就能提高学习效率,就能使学生掌握课堂知识很多人的合作都局限于形式,许多小组几乎都是一个人发
