目的了解商丘市手足口病疫情趋势,为做好手足口病防控工作提供依据。方法用描述性流行病学方法对2009～2013年商丘市手足口病网络报告疫情进行分析。结果 2009～2013年商丘市共计报告手足口病病人18 813例,年报告平均发病率48.63/10万。其中,临床诊断病例17 070例,实验室诊断病例1 743例,重症834例,死亡22例。结论应加强手足口病监测和防治知识的宣传力度[1],对重症病例要及时转送定点医院进行救治。
Objective To understand the epidemic trend of hand-foot-mouth disease in Shangqiu and provide the basis for the prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemic situation of hand, foot and mouth disease reported in Shangqiu from 2009 to 2013. Results A total of 18 813 HFMD patients were reported in Shangqiu City from 2009 to 2013, with an average annual incidence of 48.63 / 100 000. Among them, there were 17 070 cases of clinical diagnosis, 1 743 cases of laboratory diagnosis, 834 cases of severe disease and 22 cases of death. Conclusion The publicity of hand-foot-mouth disease surveillance and prevention knowledge should be strengthened [1]. Severe cases should be promptly transferred to designated hospitals for treatment.
