茶园施肥问题,很值得再度提出来,希望引起重视。近年在培养丰产园的报道上,几乎都是逾量施肥,不仅浪费肥料,增高成本,甚至导致茶叶品质劣化;而对于一些老茶园则多数严重缺肥,单产偏低,尤其长期施用单一品种的化学肥料的茶园,往往加速土壤结构恶化。凡此,都需要在认识茶树生理的基础上考察研究各种肥料对发育的影响,力求科学施肥,以获得高产、优质的茶叶。石垣幸三综述分析这方面的问题,很有参考价值。由于篇幅较多,将分期连续刊出。
