利用X射线分析和大截面试样的剥层法测定了冷轧辊在淬、回火后残余应力沿截面的分布。试验结果表明,采用机械剥层和电解剥层相结合的方法可以获得理想的表面状态,使测量的误差大为减少。文中研究了冷轧辊在低温回火中内部残余拉应力的变化规律,提出了更为合理的回火工艺制度.使冷轧辊的低温回火时间缩短了80~90%。
The distribution of residual stress along the cross section of the cold roll after quenching and tempering was measured by X-ray analysis and stripping method of large cross-section specimens. The experimental results show that the ideal surface condition can be obtained by the combination of mechanical delamination and electrolytic delamination, which greatly reduces the measurement error. In this paper, the variation of internal residual tensile stress of cold roll in low temperature tempering was studied, and a more reasonable tempering process was proposed, which reduced the low temperature tempering time of cold roll by 80 ~ 90%.
