《食药用菌》(原名《浙江食用菌》)创刊于1982年,期刊英文名为Edible and medicinal mushroom。《食药用菌》兼顾普及与提高,注重实用技术与产业信息的传播,服务与指导食、药用菌产业的发展,一如既往为广大食药用菌科研、生产、经营等一线从业人员提供交流平台。欢迎踊跃投稿。来稿请将电子稿通过电子邮箱发送至本刊编辑部邮箱。本刊为双月刊,单月中旬出版,每期零售价10元,全年整订价
“Food and Drug Germs” (formerly known as “Zhejiang mushroom”) was first published in 1982, the journal English name Edible and medicinal mushroom. “Edible and medicinal bacteria” take into account the popularity and improvement, pay attention to the dissemination of practical technology and industrial information, service and guidance of food, medicine industry development, as always, for the majority of edible fungi research, production, management and other front-line practitioners to provide communication platform. This is a bi-monthly magazine, published in mid-April, each retail price of 10 yuan a year, the whole price
