通过对大兴安岭林区建设情况的调查,分析了大兴安岭林区建设现状,提出了全面建设社会主义新林区的总体思路,即:坚持以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局,以实施生态战略、发展特色经济、建设社会主义新林区。建设大兴安岭新林区需采取适度集中、深度开发,提升传统木材精深加工,壮大绿色食品产业,塑造神州北极旅游品牌等有效措施。
