目的探讨治疗绝经后老年性阴道炎的最佳方案,提高临床治愈率,降低复发率。方法选择老年性阴道炎220例,采用常规治疗配合KS光热治疗仪理疗后外用乙烯雌酚,观察疗效,3个月后复查疗效结果。结果1个疗程(7～10d)的有效率均为100%,220例中有187例患者外阴瘙痒症状消失,28例症状减轻。结论KS光热治疗仪理疗后,雌激素联合抗生素阴道给药,可有效治疗老年性阴道炎,加用尼尔雌醇全身用药可降低复发率。
Objective To explore the best treatment for senile vaginitis in postmenopausal women, to improve the clinical cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate. Methods 220 cases of senile vaginitis were selected. The patients were treated with conventional phototherapy with KS photothermal therapy instrument for external use of diethylstilbestrol. The curative effect was observed and the curative effect was observed after 3 months. Results The effective rates of one course of treatment (7 ~ 10 days) were 100%. Among the 220 cases, 187 cases of vulvar pruritus disappeared and the symptoms of 28 cases were relieved. Conclusion KS photothermal therapy instrument after treatment, estrogen combined with vaginal vaginal administration of antibiotics, can effectively treat senile vaginitis, plus systemic administration of nilestriol can reduce the recurrence rate.
