嘌呤在细胞中表现出许多重要的功能,其中形成DNA、RNA前体是其关键功能之一。尿酸是人类嘌呤代谢的最终产物,正常人体血液中的尿酸大部分能通过肾脏很快排除,不会引起疾病。但当尿酸生成过多或肾脏功能发生障碍时将引发高尿酸血症等疾病,是发生痛风、肾功能障碍、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病和肥胖的关键风险因素。尿酸生成和排泄是涉及多种因素的复杂过程,文章综述了调节尿酸生成和排泄的关键因素。
Purines show many important functions in cells. Among them, the formation of DNA and RNA precursors is one of the key functions. Uric acid is the final product of human purine metabolism, most of the normal human uric acid in the blood can be quickly ruled out by the kidneys, will not cause disease. However, when uric acid is overproduced or renal dysfunction is triggered, diseases such as hyperuricemia are the key risk factors for gout, renal dysfunction, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and obesity. Uric acid production and excretion are complex processes involving many factors, and the article reviews the key factors that regulate uric acid production and excretion.
