采用溶胶-凝胶法在SnO2:F(FTO)低辐射镀膜玻璃衬底上旋涂制备TiO2,获得FTO/TiO2复合薄膜。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、紫外-可见透射光谱、Fourier变换红外反射光谱等手段分析了复合薄膜的结构和形貌。结果表明:FTO/TiO2复合薄膜的光催化性随着TiO2薄膜厚度的变化而变化,当TiO2薄膜的厚度为190 nm时具有最佳的光催化活性,并从能带角度解释了光催化性能提高的原因;TiO2薄膜能防止FTO在热处理时发生氧化,热处理后的复合薄膜仍具有较好的低辐射性能。
TiO2 was prepared by spin-coating on SnO2: F (FTO) low-emissivity coated glass substrates by sol-gel method to obtain FTO / TiO2 composite films. The structure and morphology of the composite films were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, UV-visible transmission spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared reflectance spectroscopy. The results showed that the photocatalytic activity of the FTO / TiO2 composite films varied with the thickness of the TiO2 thin film.
