在TB1734—86标准中规定了计算“散热器冷却效率”公式。该公式与机械工程手册和国内外大多数传热学所确立的表征换热器性能的传热有效度计算公式不相吻合。根据实际试验数据计算出来的“散热器冷却效率”只有10%左右,与一般换热器传热有效度相比,低得特别悬殊。按铁标公式计算出来的“散热器冷却效率”与“中冷器冷却效率”之间差别很大。针对上述问题,从理论和实际两个方面论证了产生的原因并提出三点修改建议。
In the TB1734-86 standard specifies the “radiator cooling efficiency” formula. This formula is inconsistent with the mechanical engineering manual and most domestic and foreign heat transfer established by the heat transfer performance of the heat transfer effectiveness of the formula does not match. In view of the above problems, this paper argues the causes of the problems and proposes three suggestions for amendment from the theoretical and practical aspects.
