高职院校是培养和输送非通用语专业人才的重要渠道,要实现培养的非通用语人才从数量到质量的转变,高素质的师资队伍是关键,基于目前高职非通用种专业师资队伍建设中存在的问题,分析高职非通用语种教学的要求,提出通过培养加引进、加强实践锻炼、提高教学能力等方法,寻求加快高职非通用种师资队伍建设的途径。 Higher vocational colleges are important channels for training and transporting non-linguistic professionals. To achieve the transformation of quantity and quality of trained non-linguistic talents, a highly qualified teaching staff is the key. Based on the current non-universal professional teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, This paper analyzes the problems of non-universal language teaching in higher vocational colleges and puts forward ways to speed up the construction of the non-universal kinds of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges by means of cultivating and introducing, strengthening practice and improving teaching ability.
